All healthcare begins with the patient, and our interviews for this season are no different. We speak with a patient about her experiences with pain management, the impressions she has of healthcare workers, and explore tips useful for anyone in need of acute care.

Disclaimer: The first person narration of safety events is done to preserve the learning power of stories.
